Refund policy

At Let Faith In, every piece of artwork is made to order with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to making things right if there's ever an issue with your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition
Unused and unaltered
Returned in its original packaging

To begin a return, please email us at hello@letfaithin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions must be provided before a return is shipped.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you'd like to return your purchase for any reason other than damage, defects, or an incorrect item, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce or deny the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@letfaithin.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every piece is custom made to order, we begin processing orders quickly.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@letfaithin.com.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Color Variations

We strive to display our artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and lighting conditions. Minor color variations between what you see on your screen and the finished print are normal and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to update the address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
