At Let Faith In, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. That's why every canvas is backed by our Lifetime Quality Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your artwork experiences a covered manufacturing defect under normal indoor conditions, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Quality Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in canvas materials

  • Loose or improperly stretched canvas

  • Print defects or significant printing errors

  • Fading, peeling, or discoloration under normal indoor conditions

  • Frame warping or structural defects caused by manufacturing defects

  • Faulty hanging hardware

  • Other workmanship or assembly defects that affect the quality of the product

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or misuse

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Improper installation or handling

  • Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, fire, or other environmental conditions

  • Damage or fading caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, or finish

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@letfaithin.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the defect

Our team will review your claim, and if it's approved, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this warranty.
